Terri was a pioneer in the Yorkie world. She was a show breeder, an AKC judge, an educator and the founder of the Terri Shumsky Fanny Mae Liver Shunt Foundation (TSFMLS). She wrote a book, How to Buy and Raise a Good Healthy Dog and many, many published articles. She impacted the lives of EVERY Yorkie owner she came in contact with. I had the opportunity to work closely with Terri through TSFMLS. She taught me much. We did not always see eye to eye on things, but we never loss sight of what was important, saving Yorkies. Terri may be gone but she will never be forgotten. Terri and John will be greatly missed.
